I tried checking out and it failed twice, which was super annoying!! I just wanted to finish my order, but the whole process ended up being way more frustrating than it should’ve been.

I wanted to like this, and the packaging was fine, but the product itself just didn’t work for me. The smell is kind of sour and way too strong, which was unpleasant. At first I thought maybe I’d get used to it, but nope, it kept bothering me. The texture also felt sticky on my skin, almost like it never really settled in. Maybe some people won’t mind it, but I kept feeling like I needed to wash it off after a few minutes. So yeah, not a fan, though I guess it’s not the worst thing ever.

The shipping was kind of slow, honestly. It wasn’t a huge problem or anything, but I was expecting it to show up a little sooner based on the timing I had in my head. I kept checking the tracking more than I probably needed to, just because I wasn’t sure if it was delayed or still moving. It did arrive fine in the end, though, and nothing was damaged, so overall it worked out.

I don’t know, something about it just doesn’t feel very trustworthy to me and I couldn’t really shake that feeling while using it, so I ended up not feeling comfortable enough to rely on it

I’ve ordered from Goatcare a few times now, and the stock has been solid. Most of what I needed was available, which saved me alot of time bouncing around other websites.

There was one time a couple things were out of stock, which was kinda frustrating, but they did come back later so it wasn’t a huge deal.
Overall I’m happy with the site. It’s not perfect, but it’s been better than some other places I’ve tried. I’d give it 4 stars.

I had to reach out to Goatcare about a question with my order, the first reply took longer than I would’ve liked. It wasn’t a complete disaster or anything, but I kept checking my email wondering if my message had even been seen, which got a little irritating.

To be fair, once they finally responded, they were polite and did fix the issue, so I appreciate that. I just wish they were quicker, or at least sent a short update so I wasn’t left guessing. Overall, it was fine, but average customer service.
